I would like to visit your store where is it?

We do not have a brick & motar storefront, we are strictly an online business.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JBC, Apple Pay and Goolge Pay.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are shipped out with-in 48 hours when received. If orders are received on Saturday, Sunday and USPS sanction holiday, they will be shipped out the next business day.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How do you ship my order?

We only use USPS – United States Postal Service for all of our shipping. We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority International Mail.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

Yes!  We ship by USPS because they can ship to PO boxes.

FED EX, UPS, DHL and all other shipping companies do not.

 Can you ship to APO / FPO / DPO locations?

Yes!  We ship by USPS because they can ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations.

FED EX, UPS, DHL and all other shipping companies do not.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and world region. This will be calculated when checking out.

Do you collect sales tax?

At this time we only collect sales tax in the state of Massachusetts. The rate is 6.25 %. This will be calculated when checking out and added to the orders total.

Do you except returns?

We accept returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. You can return items with all parts and in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 5 business days, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Do you except exchanges?

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at ddds11@aol.com with details of the product and the defect, BEFORE  you send the item you consider defective or damaged. Upon receipt of the returned product, with all parts and in the original packaging, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.
